| Job Description | Reporting to the Board of Directors, member of the Company Marketing Council, the General Director is directly responsible for Sales & Marketing and has the overall responsibility for administration, logistics and personnel. The role is focused on Sales results to be achieved through the establishment and management of a distributor network in Russia.
The General Director must personally and actively drive the development activity together, but not limited with the following responsibilities:
map and analyse dealers and potential customers
search and create new contacts and business opportunities in Russia
on a regularly basis, 3-5 times a week, visit dealers and other potential customers
arrange and accomplish product training and demonstrations with dealers and end users
participate in national as well as regional exhibitions
lead and coordinate sales activities
make demonstrations, participate to exhibitions, prepare quotations
train sales personnel, end users and run master classes |
| Skill Required | upper Secondary School education is required with University examination optional
3-5 years experience of B2B sales preferably from the big kitchen business, with an international supplier of big kitchen equipment
experience from distributor of big kitchen equipment
native Russian, fluent English
driving license (REQUIRED).
