| Job Description | Reporting to the Marketing Director North America, you will manage multiple gourmet import brands and be responsible for:
Development and implementation of market plans including brand positioning, new product strategies, market strategy, sales coordination, pricing proposal, merchandising and media plan, packaging, and distribution.
Work closely with marketing research, sales, manufacturing, distribution, advertising agencies and legal in the development of marketing plans.
Identify product growth and new product opportunities and analyze and interpret marketing data to take advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends.
Develop and implements annual marketing plan and implementing tactical marketing plans and monitor time lines and effectiveness of tactical plan execution.
Evaluate progress against plan and recommends corrective action as needed.
Integrate activities with key departments and advise senior management on key strategic recommendations.
Identify opportunities and implements plans for line extensions and new product introductions.
Analyze consumer trends and research data and maximizes profitability of assigned product lines.
Forecast yearly expenses and reviews and actively manages P&L variances to attain annual and long-range financial objectives.
Analyze brand business results and marketplace dynamics to provide on-going marketing mix recommendations.

| Skill Required | 10 - 15 years of professional experience in Foodservice Marketing and an MBA with a Marketing concentration or the equivalent;
Experienced with all marketing elements (interaction between positioning, sources of volumes, result accounts, copy strategy, marketing mix, etc);
Strong Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint ability, communication and leadership skills
Takes initiative, project management analyzing and a team player
Well organized, works well under pressure.
Knowledge in the chocolate / confections industry would be an asset.
Travel about 20%
