| Job Description | The Technical Sales group is leading the company’s worldwide presales activities. As part of the regional team, reporting to global HQ, the role builds relationships with customers at a number of levels:
Strategic technical account planning.
Developing a clear understanding of new and existing technical requirements throughout the sales cycle.
Maintaining customer relationship on daily bases.
Development of relationship with local partners.
This individual will be part of Technical Sales group with four main focus areas:
Customer first – supporting pre-sales and sales activities, customer meetings, workshops, PoCs and tenders submission.
Empowering Pre-sales – Providing training, information transfer and support of the regional sales and channels.
Cross Functional support – Working directly with product management and engineering to provide input from customers / field and to act as focal point for product operations back to the customers.
Technology and Competitive Expert – regarded as product expert, very hands on role that requires both company and competitor product knowledge.

| Skill Required | Experienced as a Pre-sales Engineer in the telecom industry
Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Excellent communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter; cooperative attitude; team player.
The main product / technology / qualifications this role will focus on the – Ethernet, MPLS, Bridges @ Routers, IP, ATM, WDM, SDH, Telephony and more.
There is a regular requirement to travel across Russia & CIS in this position.
